Multi-Skilled Service Engineer - Northern Home Counties
GBP32,000 - GBP40,000 basic plus Overtime, Van, PDA, Bonus Scheme and Benefits Package
My client is a leading provider of HVAC and Electrical services throughout the United Kingdom. Through the supply of design, installation, planned & reactive maintenance and asset lifecycle management they are able to offer complete peace of mind for single and multiple property estates.
They have proven themselves to be different from many others in that they are maintenance driven and strive to develop long term relationships with their clients. The result of this has been a unique obsession with client care which has cemented there position as maintenance partner of choice for a number of the UK's leading brands.
Due to growth they now have an opportunity for a Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineer with a commercial gas bias to join the company who actively seek to develop their staff and promote from within. The role will be covering the Northern Home Counties and surrounding areas.
Duties & Responsibilities;
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance across a range of commercial gas, air conditioning and HVAC plant
* Carry out reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs to a range of commercial gas, air conditioning and HVAC plant
The successful applicant will;
* Hold current ACS in Commercial Gas
* F-Gas 2079-1 and reasonable understanding of AC systems
* 17th Edition or reasonable understanding of Electrical Systems
* Hold a FULL UK Driver's License
* Have Health & Safety Awareness
* Have a good understanding of Building Services HVAC Plant.
Having the following qualifications would be advantageous: Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, PASMA, IPAF
