A well established and expanding food chain with a growing portfolio of stores are recruiting for an HR Advisor with a strong Employee Relations background to join their growing HR team in their North West London based Headquarters. The successful HR Advisor will take responsibility for a portfolio of stores (approximately 35 predominantly in the London area) and be the HR point of contact for all Store Managers and their teams.

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for

* Delivering best practice HR in line with employment law legislation.
* Involvement in the creation, development and delivery of all HR policies and procedures
* Undertaking training and delivering HR training across their portfolio of stores.
* Responsible for sickness and absence management, disciplinaries and grievances.
* Managing HR compliance
* All related administration, communication and reporting

The ideal candidate

* A graduate or equivalent with a professional qualification in HR or HR work history with a desire to undertake / complete CIPD studies.
* Will have previously have worked as an HR Advisor where has been responsible for own workload.
* Will have a strong Employee Relations background
* Will ideally come from a hospitality, retail or catering background
* Will be comfortable dealing with a wide variety of HR issues in a fast moving environment.
* Will be proactive, confident and professional with a high level of diplomacy and empathy
* Will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the existing team, store managers and wider company stakeholders.
* English written work has to be of an excellent standard

This HR Advisor role is to work alongside an existing HR Advisor and will be supported by an HR Administrator. The HR Advisor roles sit alongside a Recruitment team and L&D team with the focus for this role being on Employee Relations.
