We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to provide Reception and Administration support
Duties to include
* Answering incoming telephone calls and directing as appropriate
* Updating systems to reflect new orders / re works
* Providing Administration support as required
* Using Microsoft programs including word / excel
* Arranging diaries
* Following up quotations
* Providing support to the sales team, preparing literature to be used within presentations
* Setting up appointments with suppliers
* Extracting data from internal databases and converting to spread sheets to be used within the accounts department
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Providing excellent customer service via email, telephone and in person
* General office duties as required by business needs
Hours of work. - (Apply online only) Monday to Friday,
Salary GBP17000 - GBP19500 per annum, Pension.
