Excellent opportunity for a sales driven, energetic individual to join this leading property company who specialises in providing conventional office space across the Capital. If you are wanting to work for an informal vibrant company then this will definitely be for you!

It is essential that you have previous business centre experience for this role as this is one of the largest centres and you will need to hit the floor running. An extremely busy role as they are in the midst of refurbishment.

You will report directly to the Centre Manager and work in a team of two receptionists and a Cluster Manager

Excellent customer service is a key requirement for this role as well as a good working knowledge of CRM and Social Media.

Responsibilities include;

* Act as first point of contact for visitors, customers and tenants
* Engage with all tenants
* Deal with all enquiries and customer queries
* Encourage sales by conducting viewings
* Assist with hosting marketing events and social evenings
* Promote the client and liaise with stakeholders
* Manage and support a small team
* Comply with Health and Safety
* Encourage sales to achieve company targets
