Our client is an Independent family run business and is truly premium when it comes to catering and excellent service.
I am recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Manager to help grow their existing and new business for their; rooms, meeting & events, food & beverage and leisure elements.
You must have over 3 years hotel sales experience to be considered for this role.
I am interested in speaking with experienced Sales Managers who are looking for a new and bigger challenge.
Our ideal candidate;
Experience in hotel sales and high profile 4*/5* properties
Great service skills, able to exceed client's expectations
A proven track record of proactively developing new and existing business
Experience in creating and managing marketing activity plans
Team leader and motivator, previous direct reports
Self-motivated with a desire to surpass targets
