Do you have a proven track record within HR and would like the opportunity to work for a progressive, forward thinking SME within the financial sector? With the company growing in size to 50 employees this year my client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to take over the HR function for the business.

As HR Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

•Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
•Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
•Managing the recruitment and selection process
•Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the or-ganization
•Nurture a positive working environment
•Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
•Maintain pay plan and benefits program
•Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
