Gi Group are delighted to be actively sourcing for a Warehouse Team Member in partnership with their client Kerry Group who today is a world leader in Taste & Nutrition serving the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
Warehouse Team Member will be reporting to the Warehouse Group Leader, ensuring that all daily operational tasks within the warehouse are executed in line with the best practice methodology as defined by the Warehouse Group Leader
Duties and aspects of the role will include (and not limited to):
• Controlled Material/finished Product Flow-thru
Maintain a controlled flow of finished stock & pallet replenishment to & from production and adequate supply of packaging & raw materials into all predefined areas.
• Receipt Management
Perform receipt & unloading of all raw material and packaging from suppliers including empty pallets & trays in preparation for delivery to packing areas. Ensure the correct out putting & wrapping of all pallets & correct identification of all pallets.
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures - Follow Standard Work
Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and 5's Standards within the warehouse to deliver on KPI's for the role
• Load Stock
Loading all stock to vehicles in an accurate, safe and timely manner and monitoring of vehicles against technical standards
• Update SAP
Operate accurately SAP in the execution of your duties
• Health and Safety
Adherence to Health and Safety Procedures within the warehouse and escalation of issues in non compliance to the Site Logistics Team Leader
• Mechanical Handling Equipment
Operate MHE as appropriate in a safe and effective manner
• Quality Control
Perform all Raw Material or Finished Goods Inspection/Sample Testing as per standards and record results. Conduct vehicle condition inspections.
Essential requirements:
It is essential that you hold a current and valid Counterbalance FLT certificate and license -( do contact Gi Group to discuss this if you have any queries regarding this).
You must also have strong literacy, numeracy skills both in a written and verbal capacity.

Hours of work will be on a weekly rotation 7am -7pm and 7pm-7am.
Rate of Pay is GBP9.40 per hour on Day shift and GBP10.44 per hour on Night shift
