Whether it's complete construction, a part-build or renovation work, they provide a comprehensive design and build service for retail structures, specialist glasshouses for research applications, domestic glasshouses and bespoke engineering projects.

Essential to this growth will be recruitment, attracting talented individuals who can help facilitate the expansion of the business, with 2 HVAC Design Engineers viewed as key hires.
General duties will include: -
* Review HVAC enquiries with the M&E team and agree a concept design.
* Provide concept designs and costings and assist in tender preparation including specification writing.
* Designs will include sizing Chillers, AHU, Pipework, air flows etc.
* A good understanding of Psychrometric data
* Liaise with the controls division to agree a control philosophy
* Development of concept designs on successful projects.
* Assist in the preparation of bills of materials and timelines for delivery.
* Attend project meetings internally and with clients.
* Assist in the resolution of problems and issues on site as they occur.
* Prepare documentation for the Operation and Maintenance manual, obtaining copies of warranties, certificates and "as fitted" drawings as necessary.
* Support the customer post installation and answer queries.
* Attend M&E meetings, and others as required, to provide project and enquiries updates.
