Apprenticeship Quality Team have a fantastic opportunity for a fixed term maternity cover Contracts Coordinator managing the day to day facilities operations of a number of prestigious subcontractors to the college.

The role is 37 hours Monday to Friday with some flexibility on start times required to meet the needs of the business.

You will take responsibility for coordinating the quality assurance of the colleges subcontracted provision. You will ensure & check the quality of work, plan schedules, complete interviews and make sure that the pay reports & all administrative functions are complete. You will build strong relationships with the subcontractors and employers making sure that their needs are met and any issues are dealt with appropriately as a matter of urgency and they are fully compliant with the ESFA and Ofsted.

Ideally you will have a strong knowledge apprenticeship provision and ESFA funding. Your leadership and attention to detail along with your commitment to a job well done will ensure your success.
