Location: Birmingham

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a HR Services Team Leader to assist the HR Services Manager and Assistant Manager by supervising and developing a team of HR Assistants on delivering a highly efficient and timely service.

To provide a professional and high qualify administrative support to the HR & Learning team and internal clients. (UK or International)

Relevant Experience

• 3 years HR administration experience, preferably within a professional services / shared services background.
• (International Team Lead) Exposure to International HR Administration within EMEA, UAE, South Africa & APAC desirable
• Experience of supervising a team desirable

• Experience using Oracle Fusion to deliver HR Administration Desirable
