Our client, a major International organisation, is looking for another talented Business Support Assistant to join their lively team.
Supporting a fast paced Insurance Division and working closely with the Senior Managers, you'll provide a first class administrative support service, together with the rest of the team.
This is an extremely varied job and one where you'll support a range of people in a wide variety of needs - and often needing to arrange events and meetings for all of the team and Senior Managers.
This is an interesting role where you'll be able to help people but it's also one which is fun and where you'll always be busy.
Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator role includes:
* Arranging and booking travel including flights and hotel accommodation
* Managing expense repayments, including reviewing, submission and reporting
* Arranging regular team meetings in different locations
* Managing training event arrangements and set up, ensuring all equipment is in place and fully operational
* Ensuring all events and meetings have everything they need to run smoothly
* Reacting quickly to provide support when unexpected issues arise
* Supporting system changes with testing and administration
* Minute taking at meetings including for Senior Management
To be a successful Business Support Administrator you will demonstrate:
* Helpful, flexible and can-do approach
* Comfortable with senior management exposure and being in a high profile role
* Strong admin experience and skills
* Confident and able to use initiative, coping with sudden changes of priorities
* Good level of education
