You will work alongside an established team with a Training Director who will provide you with support and mentoring; to ensure you are can deliver exceptional training to our wider business.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the further growth and continued success of a critical support function for our business.
What it looks like
Initially, your main responsibility will be to deliver courses from our core training programme. Once you have gained experience here, you will play an active part in training needs analysis and the design of future training solutions.
What we are looking for
We are very keen to speak to individuals who are experienced L&D professionals with current or previous experience within the recruitment sector.
Equally you might be an experienced recruitment consultant, team leader or manager seeking a new career as a trainer.
You will be professional, articulate, and confident; you will also be charismatic, possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to persuade, influence and motivate a wide cross section of employees throughout our business to attain the best levels of performance.
You will be based from our Crawley office, however training courses take place across a number of sites including Glasgow and Manchester. You can expect to travel on at least two occasions each month, this will include overnight stays of up to four nights at any one time. It's really important that you can commit to this travel as it is critical to your success within this role.
With 15 locations across the UK, we cover a wide range of specialisms, supporting 750 employees.
