TEC Partners are working with a high-growth, well-funded, property tech startup based in Central London to find a Lead Product Designer who can own the design of their most critical products.
Their mission is to change the experience of making property transactions using digital technology, data and a new business model.
With offices in London and Europe, and being backed by significant funding, they are well on their way to reaching their goal of challenging market norms.

You will be working on the user experience and design of their market-leading products collaborating with the developers and product managers.
As the lead designer, your days will be split between hands-on designing and mentoring the other members of the design team.
Looking into the future, there is definitely potential to progress into Head of Design.
You will take responsibility for all aspects of the design cycle from discovery through to high-quality delivery by working closely and collaboratively with the developers.
It will be your job to hire, mentor and manage a group of junior to mid-level designers.
You will provide the design strategy and set the standards for their design process going forward.
You will need to be an expert on best practices as you will be demonstrating how to conduct research, translate insights into ideas, and design the workflows and detailed interactions to make their products come to life.

Previous experience of managing a team is essential.
At least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering digital products (websites and more)
You must be able to design for a range of platforms (desktop, mobile and other)
Expert in managing the product lifecycle.
Proficiency with Sketch, Invision, Axure and Adobe Suite for Visual Design.
HTML and CSS competency.
Experience design SaaS products.
