CNC Machinist with Integrex experience required for a Leading manufacturer of machined components using the latest machining technology to produce components to a very high standard.
CNC Mazak Integrex 200 / 300 or 400 Machinist experience preferred.
This is a Night Shift opportunity.
Setting and Operating, Must have multi Axis Mill/Turning machining experience.

This Engineer will be self motivated and capable of working on their own initiative plus also as part of a successful group of engineers.
You will be experienced in manufacturing high quality Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Defence and commercial machined parts.
Capable of working to ISO9001 and AS9100,
Reading and understanding drawings and producing productive machined parts.
Responsibilities will include:
• Setting and operating of CNC Integrex machines.
• Preferably knowledge of Mazatrol but Hedenhain or Fanuc knowledge considered.
• The ability to carefully follow procedure in terms of process through set-up sheets etc.
• Be able to interpret technical drawings with a good understanding of geometric dimensions & tolerances.
• Ensuring that quality and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
The necessary skill set to work within a team environment or individually.
Above all there must be sufficient expertise and confidence clearly demonstrated by experience and/or qualification to work effectively and efficiently on components of high intrinsic value without putting product at risk through inattention to detail or inferior workmanship.
Knowledge of how to machine, handle and protect all types of manufactured components is essential.
All work must be carried out in accordance with job card instructions and attendant stage drawings, customer specifications etc., and generally in accordance with the company's quality system.
All work must be carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the relevant safe systems of work and generally in accordance with the company's safety policies.

NIGHT SHIFT- Working Hours: 39 hours per week - standard Mon to Thurs 9.75 hours between 6.00pm to 7.00am.
