Junior Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager in the team will be working with Product Managers, Designers and other wider divisions within Worldpay to make our ambitions a reality.
How will you contribute on a day-to-day basis? You'll be working alongside the Product Manager and the Head of SME Digital Products to plan and co-ordinate how we achieve our goals. To do this, you will be running multiple varied projects that can range from working on customer campaigns, to on-boarding to improving business processes and making sure that our service supports what our clients need in the best way.
The projects you will work on, you will oversee end-to-end, from initiation and planning through to execution. They will involve people from the wider business, so you will be building strong relationships to make sure that partners from team like Sales, Operations, Marketing and Development can share in your planning and vision for what My Business Dashboard can be. .
What will make you the right fit for the team? This role would be a good fit for someone with Project Co-ordinator or Business Analyst background who is looking to step up, or a Project Manager who would want to step into a Business Project Management position overseeing the creation of dynamic digital products.
You will already have experience with co-ordinating multiple projects concurrently and you will be a natural relationship builder. Additionally the role needs an excellent communicator so you can work cross-functionally to pull everyone together and make the project a success. You will have built plans for projects with specific deliverables and metrics and a realistic action plan for what needs to happen next. Experience in an Agile working environment would be a plus.
