An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Human Resources professional to join our Team on a fixed term basis. If you enjoy working with people, are solution focused and are keen to develop your career in HR, we would like to hear from you.

In this role you will support our Human Resources Manager in providing a high quality and professional HR service which includes job evaluation, employee relations, recruitment and selection, employee resourcing and management of the HR/Payroll interface in order to support the strategic aims of the College. This will involve working closely with our managers and staff across the College to support the delivery of core HR functions.

To be successful in this role you will be educated to first degree level or have equivalent operational experience in a Human Resources role, preferably working within an FE/Public sector Human Resources environment.
