They are now looking for a Food Brand Support Officer to ensure the completion of audits on their Subway food offers on a monthly basis, training of new Food Managers, promotional activity and ongoing responsibility for sales targets.

As a key member of the Food and Head Office team, you will be a key component in ensuring the Subway food offers run smoothly from day to day and for ensuring they have a good ongoing relationship with external teams related to the Subway food offer.

Hard working and extremely driven, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation. Able to work on own initiative and deliver to tight deadlines, you will be self-motivated, energetic and have a focus on excellence and results. Comfortable working within a fast moving environment, you will be commercially astute and enjoy working towards clearly defined targets.

Extensive experience of Subway, either store or operations would be a distinct advantage, as would evidence of training other team members. Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight would also be beneficial.
