The Company is the voice of dentists and dental students in the UK. They bring dentists together, support their members through advice and education, and represent their interests. This is a challenging and dynamic period for dentistry and the Company is recruiting a Member Services Officer.

Role Overview:

This is a full-time, fixed-term post for 6 months and will be based in their offices in central London. Based within a busy and demanding environment, the post holder will be responsible for the efficient delivery of all administration functions within the Membership Team, ensuring that mailings are managed, prepared and sent to deadline. They will also provide a high quality, responsive service in relation to processing of offline renewal payments, new applications and responding to member changes and enquiries, ensuring that all matters are handled in an efficient and timely manner, with the aim of improving the customer experience.

The Candidate:

They are looking for applicants with excellent organisational skills and communication skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. They will also require a high level of initiative, with a member centric approach to problem solving. Experience and knowledge of database-driven sales and contact systems is essential.
