Job Overview:

The Property team is made up of knowledgeable solicitors, partners and paralegals. This is an exciting opportunity for an LLB/GDL/LPC Graduate, with some property experience and a keen interest to pursue a career in property, to join a forward-thinking law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be assisting on residential conveyancing matters
  • You will be assisting with completions, Land Registry applications and requisitions and SDLT returns
  • Negotiating deeds of grant of right, easements and sub leases
  • Advising private developers and registered providers on the sale of new build properties
  • Building and maintaining effective client relationships
  • Ensuring files are managed in compliance with the firm's procedure

Requirements:

  • The role will suit someone with previous paralegal or property experience
  • You will have proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files
  • You will have experience in handling conveyancing matters
  • You will have the ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
  • You will be enthusiastic, a good team player and flexible
