Are you an experienced Care Coordinator with the passion to learn and help vulnerable adults?
We are currently recruiting a number of Care Coordinators to work in our Ealing office.
This role will involve managing rotas, liaising with social services, service uses and allocating hours to carers.
Candidates must have or be working towards a level 3 HSC minimum.
Salary range from £22,000- £26,000 subject to experience and qualification.
