Salary: £21,126 per annum

Do you want to support a College which provides young people and adults with the technical and personal skills they need to succeed?
Helping young people get their first role in the workplace, this is dynamic and varied opportunity in which you will support students to find work experience placements and work towards positive destinations including apprenticeships. You will also support the delivery of creative and stimulating work preparation activities to students looking to progress into employment and tasked with devising ways to get them thinking about their future. You will be the first point of call for learners interested in enrolling on a Traineeship course and interview all learners providing excellent IAG. Thriving on challenge you will work with the delivery staff providing pastoral support to the learners to maintain high levels of retention. You will also provide vocational taster sessions to support the induction and enrolment process.
In order to really excel in this vibrant and engaging position, you will have previous experience of working in a proactive customer service environment. With solid experience of working with NEET cohorts (especially 16-19 year olds). You will need to be a team-player with strong organisational and communication skills.
