Job Title: Corporate Recruitment Advisor (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Breakspear Park, Hemel Hempstead

Salary: Band 5: GBP22,400-GBP29,200 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Corporate Recruitment Team based in Hemel Hempstead!

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will coach, support and advise line managers on best practice recruitment and selection methods, working collaboratively to ensure we only recruit candidates of the highest caliber to meet the requirements of the business.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

* To provide an efficient and effective recruitment administrative service agreeing and managing deadlines to meet recruitment demands.

* To produce recruitment project plans on new roles ensuring achievable targets are agreed and met

* To be creative with advertising platforms to increase attraction rates

* Direct sourcing suitable candidates via most relevant channels which will include direct advertising and database searching

* Participate with shortlisting vacancies and form part of selection panel and arrange interviews

* The onboarding of new starters including all pre-employment checks

* To liaise with applicants to ensure all pre- employment checks are carried out in a timely manner meeting internal KPI's and time to hire.

We are looking for candidates that have previous experience working in a recruitment team or generalist HR role. If you have great customer service and relationship building skills with a 'can do' attitude and can work at pace in a changing environment then we want to hear from you.
