Hours are 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Temporary position for 6 weeks (Possibly ongoing)

Our client is a well established accountancy firm, located in Bury Manchester, immediately recruiting for a temporary receptionist.

Description Our client is a small accountancy firm, looking to recruit a temporary Receptionist / Administration Assistant. Reporting to the Office Manager and based at Front of House Reception, you will also assist with administration duties.

Duties include:

- Meeting and greeting visitors.

- Answering the phone, directing calls, taking messages.

- Making sure each visitor signs in to the Visitor Book.

- Deal with incoming and outgoing post. - Ordering office supplies.

- Making sure both meeting rooms are maintained and tidy.

The successful candidate for this role will ideally:

- Have previously worked as a Receptionist.

- Have previously had administration duties.

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be proactive, with a "Can Do", team player approach.

- Have excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills.

- Have good attention to detail.

- Have good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
