We are looking for Support Workers who would thrive in a young person’s accommodation service, where no two days are ever the same.
You could be part of a team supporting young people to develop their independence, social skills and help raise their aspirations.
You will support young people aged 16-21 to complete daily tasks and learn new life- skills during their transition to independence and into our move-on properties.
You will:
- work in partnership with various agencies and closely with social care
- have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with young people
- be dynamic and enthusiastic
- promote equality and diversity within the service
- provide a safe and secure environment for young people
- contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive support package
