Fantastic opportunity for a planned maintenance surveyor / asset surveyor to join a leading provider of social housing across the West of England. The company, who are looking to recruit two project surveyors within their talented asset management team have been named in The Sunday Times top 50 not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK, and offer an excellent culture and benefits package.
The company are a modern and ethical organisation, who are passionate about "delivering excellence" when it comes to customer service. They are seeking a like-minded, customer driven planned maintenance surveyor / asset surveyor, to deliver professional surveying, design and contract management services for refurbishment projects across customer properties in the South West.
In return, the planned maintenance surveyor / asset surveyor will receive a highly desirable salary and benefits package which includes:
* Salary of GBP34,000 per annum
* Company pension of up to 10%
* GBP75 car allowance per month
* 26 holidays (plus bank holidays), increasing with service to 29, with additional holiday purchase options
* Additional day off on your birthday
* Performance target bonuses
* Healthcare
* Gym membership
To be successful in your application for the planned maintenance surveyor / asset surveyor opportunity, you will need to have surveying experience within planned maintenance in social housing.
