Company Accountant
Location: Central London
Salary: c. GBP30,000 per annum
A dynamic company in the IT sector is looking for a hands on capable and experienced finance professional to manage all aspects the Company's Finance function.
The role of the Company Accountant
Main responsibilities including:-
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Leadership, staff management and overseeing of the Accounts Team
- Management of Sales, Purchase Ledger, Cash Books and Payroll
- Analysis of revenues/margins of products/services and variances to Budget
- Monitoring and evaluating of financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed
Analysis of financial performance and contributing to business planning/forecasts
- Preparation of year end audit files
Skills and Experience required:
- Recognised professional qualification
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and problem solve
- Sage Accounting software
- Microsoft Excel to an advanced level and Office
- Monthly Management Accounts preparation
- Cashflow management
