Site Manager, Temporary Liverpool
Our client is a specialist social housing contractor based in the North West. Due to an increase in their workloads, we are looking for Site Managers to work on social housing refurbishment schemes across the Greater Manchester and Merseyside areas.
With a proactive approach to project management and problem solving, their success can be attributed to a continued commitment to effectively manage projects to an on time delivery, within budget and continually communicating progress to their clients.
The role will be to proactively managing kitchens and bathroom projects and managing sub-contractors and working with the client to effectively deliver refurbishment programmes.
Roles and responsibilities will include
* Attending site progress meetings
* Pre and post inspections
* Liaising with customers
* Dealing with any on-site complaints
* Keeping customers updated on progress on work
You will need to have worked within a similar scheme previously and have an up to date SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS.
