Open Book Recruitment are currently working alongside a very career progressive and employee focused Gastro Pub chain, who cater with fresh ingredients within some beautiful and popular Gastro Pubs around Kent. We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie who can start as soon as possible in their Shipbourne - Kent venue.
The ideal Chef de Partie will be offered some fantastic benefits, including:

As Chef de Partie you will be mentored by an experienced Sous and Head Chef and you will have to chance of internal promotions into these roles. Our client is an extremely keen developer of their highly skilled teams and you will have regular mentoring and motivation from all around you.

* An enthusiastic, dynamic Chef de Partie who is ready for their next challenge
* Someone who is really passionate about what they put on a plate
* A confident and calm under pressure person, who can remain professional at all times
* Good attention to detail with a knowledge of health & safety
* Career minded and looking to progress
* Ensure that high standards are met and most importantly producing outstanding food for all customers.
