Qualtech Resourcing is working with a large successful manufacturing business who are a market leader in their chosen field producing innovative quality products for customers throughout Europe.
With a strong growth forecast for the next few years they are currently recruiting personnel in key areas to help drive this growth and are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their day shift team.
Main Roles:-
* Working alongside the despatch crew or put away crew in the warehouse.
* Accurately loading and booking in of all goods onto the company system.
* Use of Fork Truck moving and allocating of stock around the warehouse.
* Ensuring all warehouse operatives are assigned jobs and are completing tasks given them.
* Monitoring of general stock levels of warehouse.
* Preparing stock ready for despatch and ensuring all the correct stock has been picked.
* Working alongside the production management team.
Experience:-
* Team leader experience within a warehouse environment is essential.
* Must have an FLT license (counterbalance) that is in date.
* Experience using SAP and use of general computers.
* Excellent English skills (to ensure accurate checks of paperwork and documentation.
* Confident working alone or as part of a team.
* Delegating of work to the warehouse staff.
This position offers a very competitive salary within a company that believes in development and progression of staff. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 6:15am-2:15pm and 2:00pm - 10pm
