Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP40,000 depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours

We're looking currently looking for a CCAB qualified or part qualified accountant Reporting Accountant to work as part of Financial Reporting team to assist the Financial Reporting Manager in providing an effective, statutory and management reporting service, and to supervise the Reporting Analysts. You will support the business reporting process, through monthly management reporting, statutory accounts and business performance reporting. You will ensure that management reporting is timely and accurate and you will line manage a team of two Reporting analysts. Additionally, you will assist with year-end including financial statement and audit.

You will have experience of working in a financial reporting environment, of writing board reports and of dealing with senior management. You will have knowledge of month end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations. You will have knowledge of computer systems (Agresso Financial System is an advantage) paired with good IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office, including strong excel skills.

You will have a track record of delivering a high quality results to tight deadlines alongside strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills. You will be a personable individual, with an ability to build effective relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will have a proactive and self-driven approach and will be able to work to plan and co-ordinate activities effectively. You will have the experience and ability to critically analyse data, solve problems and lead the team to success.
