My client, based in Haywards Heath, are currently seeking an enthusiastic Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a temporary, on going basis.
Duties include:
•The day to day preparation, calculating and processing the full cycle of the monthly payroll for all employees
•Administering Company Benefits
•Maintaining compliance with UK Tax and Payroll legislation.
•Defining and documenting the payroll processes
• Deal with ad hoc queries & payments and identifying possible problems within the payments and systems
• Manual calculations on payments and holiday accruals for outside of payroll system processing
•Keeping the HR Business Partners updated with all upcoming legislation changes which affect the processing of payroll
