Lettings Negotiator

My client is a successful property investment, letting and management agency with an excellent reputation and standards. They are looking for an enthusiastic, 'switched on' individual who is extremely organised to join their established and professional Contracts team and provide a first-class service to their landlord clients and tenants.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager your responsibilities and duties will include;
-Management of web portal property databases
-Booking in and organising viewings via online software
-Ensure all prospective tenant applications are processed to set timelines
-Ensure all reference and credit checks meet set requirements
-Residential tenancy lease preparation and management of signatories
-Provide prospective tenants smooth transition to tenancy start date
-Annual rent review and renewal administration
-Portfolio reporting
-Enquiry handling
-Great team player, communicating effectively between the Property Managers and accounts team

Key Requirements

-Must have relevant previous property industry related experience
-Confident and highly professional communication skills
-Ideally have knowledge of SME Professional software although not mandatory as full training will be provided
-Complete integrity
-A desire and drive to be successful
-Ability to multi-task
-Full UK Driving licence
