6 month Fixed Term Contract


We are seeking an experienced administrator to join the internal sales team of our busy, growing client based near Barton on Humber. Working within the busy sales office you will be required to handle incoming telephone calls, respond to and solve customer enquiries and input customers orders onto the system. As the Sales Support Administrator you will have a passion for the highest level of customer service as well as excellent and accurate data entry skills. You will be joining this company, a market leader in the supply of wood products, at their busiest time, so be prepared for a great six months working within a friendly, supportive team. A bonus payment will be available for the applicant once they have completed the 6 month term.

Sales Support Administrator – Key responsibilities:


  • Handle day-today incoming telephone calls in a professional manor from prospective and existing customers.
  • Communicate and work as a team with other departments to avoid or solve problems.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of product range
  • Respond to customer requests for product information, job pricing and resolving complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Process / input customer orders on the computer system
  • Support the field sales team with customer enquiries
  • Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the order processing facility
  • Provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally
  • Be flexible around the needs of the business

  • Good understanding of Microsoft software and computer literate
  • A confident, enthusiastic, approachable and motivated person.
