We are recruiting to our mobile night team to work within our housing projects in Horsham, Crawley and Mid Sussex.

You will share responsibility for the day-to-day operation of YMCA DownsLink Group’s (DLG) residential accommodation projects for young people and adults aged 16 to 35 years in accordance with YMCA DLG policies and procedures. A substantial part of the role includes lone working and will require someone competent and confident when working alone, and somebody who is able to deal with challenging behaviour appropriately.

As a Flexible Worker there is no obligation to accept work that is offered, however you will be expected to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.

The shifts are waking nights, and you may be static in a housing project or provide mobile support to our dispersed properties. Shifts typically take place within the range of 8pm to 8am.

If you would like to discuss these roles further please contact Paul Dalton on 01273 222550.
