Centigen is a subsidiary of Two Rivers Housing. We are a unique and environmentally aware facilities management company providing grounds Maintenance, cleaning and property maintenance and repairs services to various Private and Public-Sector clients.
 
Working as one of our Grounds Maintenance Operatives, you will provide an effective grounds maintenance service to our customers. Carrying out works such as:
·         Hedge trimming,
·         Weeding and Mulching,
·         Lawn/ landscape and hardstandings maintenance.
 
Working to a high standard and within agreed timescales, you will help your team to achieve objectives.
 
We are looking for a reliable individual with a ‘can do’ attitude, that can work alone without supervision and has the ability to follow job and safety instructions. It would be advantageous for you to have previous experience in a grounds maintenance role, with awareness of related standard health and safety practices.
 
Please note this position is a mobile working role and you will be required to hold a full clean driving licence. Some evening and weekend work may be required on occasion.
