Volunteer Coordinator

We are looking for a new member to join our ERS Medical Car Link Service in the following position:

Volunteer Coordinator

Full Time (37 hrs per week)

Voluntary Norfolk works in partnership with ERS Medical to help deliver the Car Link Volunteer Drivers scheme in Norfolk. The service recruits and supports volunteer drivers to transport patients and clients to health, social care and wellbeing appointments.

As part of this service we are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator whose role will be to recruit and support the drivers, provide administration, process and manage driver expenses and act a point of contact for issues relating to the volunteering role.

We are looking for someone who is a good communicator with first class administration skills. Experience of supporting and managing volunteers would be useful along with some understanding of health and social care issues but full training will be provided.

Salary: GBP21,693 per annum - 37 hrs

Base: Voluntary Norfolk Offices, St Clements House, Colegate, 2-16 Colegate, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 1BQ
