Administration Coordinator
RCN Birmingham Office, 35 Hours per week, Permanent

As an Administration Co-ordinator you’ll use your enthusiasm, your previous management experience and your strong customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to support our members and other stakeholders. You will work closely with, and deputise for, the Regional Service Manager, line manage administration colleagues and co-ordinate the delivery of case management and other regional work within the West Midlands Office.
In this varied role, every working hour will be filled with possibilities which will see you involved in the many duties that support our regional activities. You will deliver an excellent, confidential service and by utilising your experience of developing and line-managing a team, you will ensure the high performance of yourself and others.
Your organisational skills, communication skills, along with your excellent written, oral and presentation skills, will be fully utilised as will your ability to manage competing demands all, of course, whilst maintaining a calm, measured and professional service. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.
