Requirements of you as the Adults Social Worker in the Hospital Team:
* Qualified Social Worker BA/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent
* Previous Hospital Social Work experience
* Current registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* 2 years post qualifying UK experience
