Part Time Credit Controller

We are delighted to have been asked to recruit a part time Credit Controller for our client who is based in Swindon. This role is 25 hours Monday to Friday and although there is flexibility how these are worked, lunchtime cover is a requirement.

The Role:

• Daily credit control on all customer accounts
• Allocating payments to Sage system
• Entering communication history and updates on Sage
• Projecting cash received from credit control for cash flow
• Updating in house spreadsheets
• Communication with team and other departments
• Any other ad hoc duties to assist the Accounts team

The Person:

• Previous credit control experience (essential)
• Previous use of Sage
• Excellent Excel abilities
• Great interpersonal skills
