Full time (37 hours per week)

Fixed term up to 18 months

Level 3 Apprenticeship Pay Rates:

16-17 GBP4.50 per hour (equivalent to GBP8,681 pa)

18-20 GBP6.20 per hour (equivalent to GBP11,961 pa)

21-24 GBP7.68 per hour (equivalent to GBP14,816 pa)

25+ GBP7.83 per hour (equivalent to GBP15,105 pa)

The responsibility of the Learning & Organisation Development team is to design and coordinate a range of development activities, such as staff training, appraisals, surveys, onboarding, induction, and much more.

We are currently seeking an apprentice to join our friendly team. In addition to providing administrative support, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of all aspects of our service. We strive to maintain an open and supportive environment where all viewpoints are valued. As such, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are eager to contribute creative ideas and learn new skills.

The successful candidate will undertake a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship, which will give them an excellent foundation for progression to further roles in the field.
