Waste Operative - Team Leader
We are recruiting for a Waste Operative - Team Leader at a company in High Wycombe. You will be responsible for checking staff into work, managing staffing levels, occasional interviewing of potential workers and assisting the management team to get the best out of our workers, you will also be working on a pick line alongside the team so it is vital you can manage and work alongside your team.
The workers are required to remove items from waste that can be recycled such as Metals, Plastics, Wood, and glass.
It is a small team that needs to be able to work at a pace have a good eye and be able to communicate in English, although other languages are in the work force so another language will be considered.
The work is Monday to Friday ongoing and hours are from 7am till 5pm.
Please note you will be working in a dirty and noisy environment and you will be handling recycling waste.
