My client is a leading Wealth Management firm based in Leeds. Providing fully Independent Financial Advice to both businesses, professionals and individuals for the last 75 years.
We are urgently seeking a Junior IFA / Advisor Support Administrator to join an existing team providing support to the Independent Financial Advisers within the Wealth Management areas of the business. Specifically you will process new business, including accurate completion and submission of application forms and the submission of business via platforms, set up Adviser charges and produce relevant invoices, prepare accurate review packs and client valuations, send letters of authority and request information from 3rd party product providers, general maintenance of policies, administrative support for group pension arrangements, liaising with clients and 3rd parties by telephone and email, ensuring all data is recorded within Intelligent Office (internal system) maintaining accuracy and compliance.
We are seeking someone who has around 1-2+ years experience within Financial Services. Ideally you will have some brief knowledge of Investments, Pensions, ISA's, Protection. We would be interested in someone who can demonstrate a clear interest in Financial Services and keen to develop within the sector by working towards gaining experience within a very well established IFA firm and working towards further qualifications. The opportunity to progress into Paraplanning will be available to you in the future. It would be ideal if you have already started to study towards a Diploma in Financial Planning, but this is not needed for this role
