Hours | 37 hours per week

The Role:

You will be part of the customer service team who are the first point of contact with our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction in line with our service strategy, by adhering to organisational processes through team work. 

Experience:

Experience in a customer service role along with office administration skills would be an advantage. You should have excellent communication skills with a calm and confident manner and the ability to negotiate outcomes and solve problems.
