Salary | £28,000 per annum

Hours | 37 hours per week

Contract | 1 year fixed term contract

The Role:

You will be part of the Neighbourhood Housing Team which delivers a customer focused housing service, supporting tenants to ensure our properties and estates are well managed and maintained.  

Experience:

Previous experience in managing social housing stock would be an advantage. You should have excellent communication skills including a high degree of self-confidence and determination.  Proven ability in managing difficult conversations in stressful situations is essential.
