The Role:
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Neighbourhood Housing Team which delivers a customer focused housing service, supporting tenants to ensure our properties and estates are well managed and maintained. You will also be managing a small patch of properties, providing a coordinated neighbourhood service to our tenants.
Experience:
Previous experience managing the performance of a team is essential. Knowledge of contract management and housing legislation will also be key.
You should have excellent team leadership skills including a high degree of self-confidence and determination. Proven ability in managing difficult conversations in stressful situations is essential.
