The company

My client has been providing first class public transport since 2001. They not only service their own vehicles but their reputation is so good, they service and repairs vehicles for other businesses. They are expanding and an exciting opportunity for a Mechanic/Vehicle Technician has arisen within their team.

The Role

The role will comprise of working on conventional private hire cars to 16 seat minibuses, including specially adapted wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Fabrication works is also carried out on site during van to wheelchair accessible vehicle conversions, and would suit a versatile problem solver that is able to work well on their own initiative. Experience in this field is not essential but would be an advantage.

Essential Requirements:

You will be a qualified mechanic with over 3 years experience.
A full driving license is required, A PSV license would be an advantage.
You will also have your own tools.

Be available for ad-hoc Saturday Morning overtime during busy periods.
