International Trainee Recruiter (bilingual / multilingual)
Location: Leeds (city centre)
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per year plus uncapped commission
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm ) + early finish on Fridays!

Are you a recent university graduate fluent in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Mandarin or Japanese?
Company: Based in new Leeds-city centre offices, you will work for a boutique, international recruitment agency specialising in Medical & Life Sciences sectors. You will be working in a small, sociable team of International Recruiters with a positive attitude to work.
The company promotes a healthy work- life balance, with a relaxed working environment where you take responsibility for your own work. During your training period you will get to shadow an experienced recruiter in the team, and get the opportunity to pick up skills, techniques and industry knowledge.
You:
* Excellent English, plus one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, French, Dutch, Mandarin or Japanese
* University degree (we will consider Business, Marketing, Languages, Life Sciences, Medical or similar)
* Ambitious and self-motivated
* People-person with an outgoing personality
* Professional and well-presented
* Always interested in learning and picking up new skills
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will learn:
* How to source candidates using job boards, databases and social media such as Linkedin and Xing
* How to network with medical industry professionals, learn medical sector vocabulary and how to liaise with clients
* How to build your own client portfolio globally, using business development techniques and gaining credibility
* How to write attractive job adverts to attract suitable candidates for your positions
* How to use an internal CRM system
* To use English as your main working language, whilst also using your native language as an added bonus when speaking to international clients and candidates
