Head of Onboarding

Role:

A globally operating financial services and prime brokerage firm is reshuffling it's senior management, and is looking for a Head of Onboarding to:

• Take responsibility of onboarding all client accounts, for new and current clients
• Manage all relevant policies, protols and processes
• Liaise with the wider business management team and stakeholders on performance, activity, and recommended improvements
• Additional responsibilities include Due Diligence coordination, staff training, management information reporting, and client/sales relationship management

Looking for:

• Ideal minimum 3-5 years' experience in Financial Crime/Compliance (Onboarding, CASS, KYC, AML, Due Diligence etc.)
• Background in buy-side Financial Services (Hedge Fund, Asset Management etc.)
• Ideally knowledge of Prime Brokerage, Clearing, Custody, Execution etc.
• This role would suit someone who has strong communication skills, highly confident and willing to challenge management and wider business areas

Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: GBP50-70k base (depending on experience)

Location: London, W1
