We at the Heart of England Co-operative Funeralcare are a small, independent, regional business operating through 13 funeral homes in Coventry, Warwickshire, South Leicestershire and Northamptonshire serving our client families to the very highest standards with our committed team of experienced professionals.

Currently we have a number of key roles available for instance in our Pre-paid Funeral team, based at our new Head Office in Coventry, we have a need for a very organised Team Leader who can demonstrate both strong financial and IT skills and lead their small team confidently through a process and procedure review looking for opportunities to improve and streamline our processes. You will need to be able to deliver excellent client service levels to internal and external customers and have an understanding or background in insurance, banking or finance to fully appreciate our pre-paid funeral plan products and how they work.

What will you get in return?

  • Pre-paid Funeral Plan Admin Team Leader (37.5 hrs per week), Coventry based
  • Starting at £18,000 p.a. up to £20,000 p.a. depending on experience

The successful applicants would ideally have some experience in the Funeral Industry, however, this is not mandatory as full training will be provided once in post.
