Our client is a Community based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that they work in. The Trust is a “not-for-profit” landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Property Services Team for a Multi Skilled Joiner and for the right person they offer a 35 hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days.

Our client is looking for a qualified Multi-Skilled Joiner with additional trade skills. You must be highly motivated, have a flexible approach and be able to work with minimum supervision. The successful candidate should have extensive experience of working in tenanted and empty homes. A full driving license is essential.
